The Circle of Talent
Putting the spotlights on local talent.
The Circle of Talent is a platform by Full Circle created in collaboration with Jammings and proudly supported by the City of Antwerp, dedicated to discovering, nurturing, and showcasing the city’s emerging musical talent. Our mission is twofold: to connect promising artists with performance opportunities and to provide educational growth through masterclasses, workshops, and contests. Together with Plug The Jack, we offer exclusive masterclasses, DJ contests, and more to refine and elevate the skills of local talent.
Selection process.
Our journey to spotlight Antwerp’s finest starts with open submissions via our partner platform, VI.BE. From an pool of hundreds of applicants, 12 finalists were chosen and invited to participate in intensive masterclasses led by top industry professionals like Nico Morano, BAVR, Lena De Roose, and Primate. These finalists gained invaluable insight and experience, preparing them for two live finales at Kavka Oudaan. Out of these, six standout winners earned a spot on major event lineups. Each winner also received an €80 voucher for additional practice sessions at Plug The Jack, encouraging them to continue refining their craft.
Supporting talent beyond the finals
In addition to our main finalists, we extended opportunities to talented participants who just missed the final cut, collaborating with WARRECORDS for a platform takeover, giving them exposure and another chance to shine.
Working closely with stage hosts, we actively scouted young local talent to add to our lineup, with many of these performers finding a place on our Circle Up program. Altogether, we showcase a remarkable 29 emerging artists, offering them a platform to perform at Full Circle.
