Cashless Payment
At the bars operated by Full Circle in Antwerpen-Centraal & China Start you can pay for consumptions using either a Spending Card or a regular debit/credit card. The Spending Card can be obtained at the Cashless Top-Up Point. You can only top up your Spending Card with cash, and this is non-refundable. Lockers are available at Antwerpen-Centraal and can be paid by a regular debit/credit card.
Loss
You are solely responsible for the Spending Card. If you lose your Spending Card , the remaining balance shall be considered lost.
Refunds
It is your responsibility to top up your Spending Card carefully and spend the entire amount on the Spending Card, because any unused balance cannot be refunded to you.
